Kinnan, Prodigal Mayor of Valuetown!

With the ability to tap our non-land permanents for additional mana, we are already getting more bang for our buck. Toss in the ability to sift through the top section of our deck to put creatures directly into play, and we are golden! With them being put into play, we do not have to worry so much about counter spells.
With Elves making up the bulk of the deck, it should be relatively easy to start accelerating our mana base to pave the way for our Commander. When we aren't funneling our mana into Kinnan, we can use it to get things on board such as Rhystic Study , Mystic Remora and Guardian Project to generate some recurring card draw. Gilt-Leaf Archdruid and Beast Whisperer will also serve as a secondary source of card draw, though we will not be drawing too often with them as everything is usually cheated into play. Regal Force will likely be a one-off in terms of replenishing our hand.

We also have several sources available to us, to help us untap our creatures to continually fill our mana pool. Seedborn Muse and Murkfiend Liege will allow us to untap our creatures during our opponents' upkeeps so that we may continue dropping creatures into play before they end their turns. Our biggest things that we want on board are Umbral Mantle , Pemmin's Aura , Freed from the Real and Intruder Alarm as these typically allow us to generate infinite mana and usually give us the game.

Kogla, the Titan Ape was a neat card that I thought was worth adding, as he can pop our Commander back into our hand to serve as pseudo-protection when he is targeted for removal, on top of being able to destroy an artifact or enchantment when he attacks.

It should be no surprise here, as to which two cards are the ones that seal the deal for us! Gilt-Leaf Archdruid is going to allow us to tap seven untapped Druids we control to steal all lands an opponent controls. While the game doesn't reach an immediate end, it does cause our opponents to be running 1 land turns for the remainder of the game.

Lastly, Ezuri, Renegade Leader is just a mana sink that we can funnel our mana reserves into to pump our creatures and Trample our foes into the dirt. No grave digging necessary!
