Ideally the goal is to win by turn 3 or 4.

Kiln Fiend s + Assault Strobe + Either Distortion Strike or Apostle's Blessing (to connect) + Lightning Bolt or Mutagenic Growth for that final bit of pump for 20+ damage.

Alternative win-con would be to get a Thing in the Ice   out turn 2 then cast as many cantrips as possible to transform on turn 3 and start beating with the larger side.
