The idea here is that I buy the pre-con, upgrade it, and keep it as a lower power level & slower deck for the groups that dont want a highly competitive match and want to mess around and do cool stuff. Keeping track of the counters is probably going to be a pain, but it seems fun. Let me know what you think.
