This deck wins by creating infinite mana and then casting a win-con with that mana, while using the commanders to neutralize threats. Currently it wins about 60% of the time in my meta but I'm always working to make it quicker and more consistent, so any suggestions are welcome.

There is the potential for a turn 1 win as well:

Ancient Tomb as your land for turn, then cast Mana Crypt and Voltaic Key . Tap Mana Crypt for 2 and use the floating Ancient Tomb mana to untap it using Voltaic Key. Cast Isochron Scepter , imprinting Dramatic Reversal for infinite mana, and cast Izzet Signet or Gilded Lotus for colored mana if needed, and then cast one of the WinCons.

Combos:

Mana Rock + Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal

Basalt Monolith or Grim Monolith + Power Artifact

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth

Palinchron + Deadeye Navigator

Palinchron + High Tide + 4 Islands

Tidespout Tyrant + Sol Ring + Mana Crypt
