1. get keywords into graveyard,
2. cast commander,

More detailed outline

1. Ramp.
2. Get the right keywords into the graveyard (vigilance, lifelink, trample, doublestrike, hexproof, indestructible,...).
3. Get the right cards into your hand, to A) protect the commander and make sure it cannot be countered ( Gaea's Herald , Leyline of Lifeforce , Insist , Savage Summoning , Avoid Fate , Mana Tithe , or Silence ), and B) buff the commander ( Instill Energy , Lightning Greaves , Swiftfoot Boots ) with keywords it cannot get from the graveyard, such as haste.
4. Cast commander, equip it with items/buff it with spells and/or artefacts, deal a lot of damage to one player and deal the same amount of damage to another player using Sanguine Bond , since we gave Kathril, Aspect Warper lifelink.
5. Win the game.
