My take on Mono Black Control. I decided to forgo the Cabal Coffers ramp for more tutoring via Urza's Saga.

The idea here is play The Rack game early with all of the discard and have Liliana of the Veil and Karn, the Great Creator control the late game.

Thoughtseize, Inquisition of Kozilek, Wrench Mind, Raven's Crime, and Liliana of the Veil to get them in range of The Rack as well as strip threats from their hand.

Sheoldred's Edict, Fatal Push, Smallpox, and Liliana of the Veil to hedge against aggro.

Sheoldred's Edict for controlling Planeswalkers.

Expedition Map to tutor Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, Urza's Saga, Field of Ruin, Blast Zone, and other situational lands.

4 Urza's Sagas to create early blockers/threats and tutor up Expedition Map, Shadowspear, and The Rack.

Mishra's Factory for threats on an empty board or blockers.

Field of Ruin to take care of Man Lands or other troublesome lands.

Sideboard: Karn, the Great Creator tutor package for situational artifacts. Damnation against aggro. Dauthi Voidwalker for graveyard hate. Sheoldred, the Apocalypse for burn hate.
