Orzhov lifegain voltron control thing. Keep gaining life to get counters of Karlov and kill someone. Remove counters and use other removal spells to control the field as necessary. Lots of separate lifegain triggers to make sure Karlov gets as many counters as possible.

Lurrus of the Dream-Den is the companion, so the deck build is a bit limited.
