The entire focus of this deck is to appear nonthreatening, and slowly build your combo of Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and Mana Severance . To accomplish this, the deck runs multiple tutors, Treasure Hunt works to always either get one of the combo pieces or a tutor to get one, and Kami of the Crescent Moon to speed things up, while appearing like a group hug deck out of the gate. The entire rest of the deck is lands. The deck runs a bunch of utility/man lands, most just there because I had them, and most of them have at least some advantage for you somehow. Running all these colorless lands hasn't been a problem, because of all the Islands.

Mystical Tutor , Personal Tutor , and Spellseeker can all find Mana Severance , Mystical and Personal can both find Long-Term Plans , and that can find either Severance, or most often Jace.

Now you may be asking: "Hey, this deck looks like utter trash-garbage. Stop wasting my time." But, to even my surprise, this deck has been on a winning streak. Obviously, more testing needs to be done, but it seems extremely promising.

Current record: 21-8. It's dumb that it wins.

Update: After some testing with it, removed an Island for Pact of Negation . It helps more reliably stick Jace when you're ready to win.

Update #2: Removed 2 Islands for Gitaxian Probe and Gush . These are both free draw cards that will offer you advantage just incase, and can enable a win if Jace is out and someone responds to his +1.
