OK so this is honestly my favorite commander in a long time. I've been hoping for a new Temur precon for a few years now and this one absolutely delivered on flavor and mechanic support for the deck ive put together this past week. Still making 99 changes as I collect and budget for certain pieces; however, the intention is to build this beast as optimized as possible with some restrictions to budget for fairness in my own play group and personally my own wallet(im just not gonna spend over a hundred monies on a single card. nope. sorry). That being said, today we're COPYING SPELLS with our new pet Stegosaurus (I've always wanted one) OOOOOOHHHHH BOY lemme tell you how hilarious it is to copy an entire board of nonland permanents by Dualcaster Mage + Twinning Staff , Targeting an Opponent's River's Rebuke. The entire point of this deck is to copy your spells such as Berserk + Reverberate or any other of our handy toolbox copiers. Growth Spiral and Crop Rotation for a bunch of early ramp and the new Lore Drakkis for some recursion, might feel cute and later also mutate him into Illuna, Apex of Wishes. Kalamax, the Stormsire + Strionic Resonator is just absurd when you late game dump all your mana into casting/copying upwards of 4 or 5 Electrodominance for redundant amounts of mana. I don't play many counterspells in my decks on principal, especially not the flavor of this one in particular but I imagine Rewind and Flusterstorm may be a nice option if I did absolutely need to stop a combo. However, I digress that it just wouldnt be storm if I didnt in fact, storm off. So we have Elite Arcanist + Final Fortune + Sundial of the Infinite for infinite turns and ability to cast all the cards in our deck and eventually win by either Electrodominance or Berserk.
