Who cares. Budget zaps except when it's not budget and not zaps. Void Winnower is holding me at gunpoint so I let it in.

EDIT: Void Winnower sucks so I kicked him out.

EDIT: Replaced Increasing Ambition for something else. Considering there's no instant win cons or synergy that needs to be plucked out from the deck tutoring wasn't doing any favors.

EDIT: Switched out some cards. Less unique counters so Karn's Bastion is out. Aria of Flame makes way for Gratuitous Violence, and Drakuseth gets switched out for a doll. Life's rough sometimes.
