Kadena is generally underestimated as a Commander. Usually no one will kill or counter Kadena because they don't respect it, but they'll learn.

Kadena is a card advantage machine. Each morph is worth three cards: the 2/2 creature, the special morph action/ability, and the card drawn from Kadena. The subtext of this is that removal and Counterspell abilities on morph creatures isn't card disadvantage.

This is a grindy midrange deck. The goal is to interact with the board, break parity with your opponents and win through combo or combat damage.

Many people play the obvious choices for morph. I've found some of the obvious choices too inefficient.

There are some special rules that come with playing morph that a quick google search will explain.
