A twist on taxes. This version of the deck runs a suite of value artifact silver bullets. We either get them in hand or we dig through the trash for them with Goblin Engineer . Some of the tutorable cards can shut down entire decks when they land like Ethersworn Canonist and Phyrexian Revoker . Fairly often you find yourself with Swiftfoot Boots attached to a Giver of Runes and you can protect your creatures all day long.

Due to the higher number of non-creature artifacts I can't run Thalia, Guardian of Thraben like most tax decks, so I've substituted in her bigger badder self Thalia, Heretic Cathar and Judge's Familiar to make the opponent's life a little harder. They both also make good targets for our equipment. The creature suite runs a set of Flickerwisp as all taxes do as well as a number of nice 1 of targets for our equipment.

There are a number of lines you can take with this deck and honestly, I'm still learning them myself but my current favorite it using my 2 Filigree Familiar s as blockers and sac targets. Use your Gobo Trashmeister to fetch one. Then block, sac the one in play to draw a card and bring the other into play to gain 2 life. You can do this at least once a turn depending on boardstate.

Anyway I'll leave this unorganized stream of consciousness up for a while in case anyone was wondering about my thought process. I will add more and refine later.
