Goblin Combo

The basic idea behind this deck is to win via infinite combo. Here's how it works.

4x Conspicuous Snoop

4x Boggart Harbinger

1x Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker

1x Sling-Gang Lieutenant

You untap with or give haste to Conspicuous Snoop. You cast Harbinger, make Kiki-Jiki your top card. Now Snoop can tap to create a clone of itself with haste. You repeat this loop until you have 20+ Snoops (equal or greater than their life total). Final snoop copies Harbingers putting Sling-Gang on top. Sling-Gang's ability to sacrifice Goblins to drain the opponent is now on your Snoops. Sac Snoops to drain opponent for lethal. Because of the number of clicks this is worse in digital than in paper.

4x Collected Company can win the game for us on opponent's end phase, since you can loop Snoops during upkeep after untap. The Green Splash for these and Ignoble Hierarch gives you potential explosive starts and increases the consistency of your deck. Coco also hits Goblin Chieftain, Goblin Warchief, Goblin Matron to search Boggart Harbinger, making it a win alongside Snoop and just a good midrange card, and Munitions Expert meaning Coco can hit removal. I honestly think this pile's aggro backup plan is pretty solid, even though plan A is to combo off on turn 3-6. Muxus, Goblin Grandee should be in Modern Horizons 4 (speaking as the guy who spoke Ignoble Hierarch into existance).
