This deck is like a Mistform Ultimus deck except that it uses Dr. Julius Jumblemorph as it's commander. It doesn't use any other un-cards in the 99, just Julius. There are three main tribes currently represented: Cats, Slivers and Spirits. I'm thinking of adding to those tribes and taking out some of the less represented tribes so suggestions are welcome.
