New to MTG. I wanted to make a deck using my own brain. I decided to use the theme of +1/+1 counters. I wanted to add lots of them, be able to move them around, and have moving them around do things for me. Here is what I've got so far. It started as a Standard deck and then I branched out into Modern. That's why it's all over the place. Suggestions would be helpful!
