This is a very very (sarcasm) original build for Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain. The main theme is cheap artifacts with help from certain cards to make artifacts cost 0 to draw through your entier deck with Jhoira or one of the other card draw creatures. There are some creatures like Artificers Familiar who help by letting you scry out your lands from the top to the bottom. Once you have two card draw engines on board you can either win through Aetherflux Reservoir and gain insane amounts of life through playing dozens of artifacts on your turn and bouncing them back to your hand using artifact bounce spells and recasting them, or draw your entire deck and cast Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac.
