Commander is Intended to be custom card Arcean, Jeskai Ascendant which is basically Jeskai Ascendancy on a commander body. The idea is to sling spells to Prowess up your creatures and win through combat. Paradise Mantle works really well with Arcean out. Combat Celebrant works nicely with Arcean too.
