Creatureless deck aside from the commander so that you can maximize both Elsha's prowess and her ability to play the top card at instant speed, and to combo with the Proteus Staff (targeting Elsha will let you rearrange your entire deck giving you A HUGE advantage). Protection from combat damage like Ghostly Prison, Angel's Grace, Mandate of Peace, the last two being great under Isochran Scepter or bounced back with Narset's Reversal imprinted on the scepter. Mana Severance can be used to get rid of redundant lands, leaving you with only noncreature spells.The rest is just counters, protective magic, etc until Elsha can deal the killing blow.
