This is a list that utilizes a humans shell in pioneer, but with enough multicolored cards to run Hero of Precinct One. The best part of this deck is how Hero of Precinct One combos off with Thalia's Lieutenant, either by Thalia's Lieutenant putting +1/+1 counters on all of the Hero of Precinct One tokens, or the tokens buffing the lieutenant to an insane degree. Burn and bounce effects are our main forms of removal, in the form of Jeskai Charm, Azorius Charm, and Boros Charm, all of which have flexibility for when the situation needs it. The final important piece is Ojutai's Command, because it can counter big important creatures from your opponent, return creatures you need back to the battlefield, and draw or gain life in a pinch. Overall, this is just a quick, fun, and budget tempo deck for some easy games. Good luck, and have fun playing magic.
