Steal. Burn. Mill. Jeleva has options.

As soon as Jeleva was revealed in c13 I started working on this deck, she's easily my favorite commander. This deck has seen a few versions and more than a few playtests, and the maybe board is made up almost entirely of cards I own but can't find room for.

how to play: Rocks ramp early.

Usually you will cast Jeleva on either t3-t4 to either exile threats from others top deck, bait kill spells early, or possibly hit a game changing spell like Recurring Insight or Temporal Trespass early game.

Ideally you'll want haste available for jeleva either through lands Hall of the Bandit Lord or Swiftfoot Boots, flash a la Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir does the same thing if used during opponents end step.

Strong kill spells like Reality Shift Sever the Bloodline and Plague Wind cull the weak from your path.

Deny all hope with Aethersnatch and Propaganda to ensure Jeleva gets to the late game where she can really spread her wings.

Riptide Laboratory are important to help reload the spells at jeleva's disposal.

Cards like Lim-Dul's Vault or Insidious Dreams, when used with wisdom, give you lethal precision with your kill spells.

Once your mana base is built you can begin to toy with everything. Nothing is off limits, Jeleva takes what she wants. The deck is built with jeleva's random exiling in mind, and therefore contains a variety of options and win-cons that aren't heavily reliant on each other and instead draw potency from opponents cards. This strategy is key, allowing you to remain responsive while others struggle with missing pieces.

Whispering Madness can become quiet a nuisance when ciphered to jeleva and provide surprisingly powerful mill, while a Mirari'd Psychic Spiral + Traumatize Is an instant mill in most cases, leaving an otherwise prepared opponent without even their sanity.

Clone Legion, Blatant Thievery are flavor favorites on top of being overwhelming oppressive. This will probably make you a target.

Stolen Identity, Rise of the Dark Realms, Beacon of Unrest, Memory Plunder, Knowledge Exploitation Twist and pervert your opponents cards before their eyes, and show them what they are really capable of.

There are some cards that shouldn't be played... Enter the Infinite and Time Stretch Exist to punish only the worst of infinite combo offenders and the like.

When you become weary of tormenting your prey, suck the rest of the life from them with Blood Tribute then finish them with Master the Way , Chandra's Ignition or the trusty Sphinx-Bone Wand.

If they have nothing of value to steal, remove them from your sight with Charmbreaker Devils who take advantage of your own spells to crush enemies.Or summon the titan Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger as your pawn to demonstrate your power.

Epic Experiment Is the epitome of and alternate win-con, being completely useless if exiled on jeleva, however when pumped up with mana from Mana Geyser the win can be truly epic. Inner Fire is absolutely unfair when used with Enter the Infinite. This is ideal when jeleva gets shut down somehow Torpor Orb.

Mizzix's Mastery + Past in Flames Are there to double, then triple the fun if necessary. Howl of the Horde works perfectly with jeleva and Reiterate often seals the deal.
