Started to convert my dimir mill deck into a grixis mill / storm deck. This deck seems to work pretty well against other focused budget decks. The plan is to use jeleva to exile opponents' and your high mana cost sorceries while milling away your opponents' options for dealing with them. This deck definitely needs a little bit of work. I'm not sure if the issue is just that mill is just a weak archetype in general of if the deck is still a bit too unfocused.
