UR tempo/delver deck for highlander. Pretty budget (except for the ancestral recall I proxied if you are somewhere that does not allow proxies and don't own a recall, swap for a dig through time or similar draw spell. The deck is not heavily centred around this card, its just stronger with it).

Points are in ancestral recall(7), price of progress, treasure cruise and true name nemesis (1 each).

Deck could be improved with a more fetch heavy manabase and a force of will, as well as a volcanic island, but I personally don't love using a ton of proxies and don't own these cards so this is the list I have.
