I've tried running Olivia's Bloodsworn and Phyrexian Arena in the past, they just haven't done enough to keep them in the deck

While Exquisite Blood and Bloodtracker look interesting, the deck will probably be cutting Sanguine Bond due to it being a little slow, and Bloodtracker kind of runs into the problem of not doing enough while also causing the deck to lose more life, which it doesn't want to do.

I forgot I had a Torment of Hailfire in a Scarab God deck that I am rebuilding, so it will probably be included

I've been doing some testing with Heartless Hidetsugu with Lich's Mirror and Doomsday to hopefully be faster, I'm still on the fence about the 3 cards
