The goal of this deck is simple. Get people to draw so many cards that either they mill themselves out/go through their entire library, or I win through a few different win conditions.

Trying to keep this to a reasonable budget. Don't have like a specific max price but not incorporating some cards that would likely up the power level but would also really up the cost.

Also trying to be somewhat less oppressive to my opponents. I do wanna counter threats and lock down some creatures but I don't wanna do things like make it so they are unable to cast cards or play the game. I know that exists in Azorius but I don't wanna play that type of game. I wanna win but I don't wanna be too much of a dick about it.
