Deck focused around flipping Lone Rider   into It That Rides as One and trampling people to death. An alternative win-con in this deck is Sanguine Bond.

MULTIPLAYER

Elixir of Immortality - Anti-mill, good for proccing Lone Rider  

Fumigate - Used in multiplayer

Thrull Parasite - Extort isn't that good in 1v1 so he's mostly a multiplayer card.

DUELING

Revitalize - Card Draw AND enough life gain to trigger Lone Rider. Alternatively Healing Grace for damage prevention instead of Card Draw.

Soul's Grace - Is good for either surviving an assault by a huge enemy creature or just using it to buff my creatures in conjunction with Sunbond

Todd Eldrazi / Colorless

Infernal Reckoning - I think this is fairly straightforward.

Solemn Offering - Life + Artifact/Enchantment Removal. If only Artifacts, maybe Divine Offering

Dueling Decks

Test of Faith - Maybe only good against a deck that runs damage. Saves Lone Rider from Lightning Bolts and further makes it not susceptible subsequent bolts.

Hallow - Specifically against decks that use huge burn spells.
