Dragon tribal with some tricks.

Like Sneak Attack and Teferi's Veil for example. Also several other bounce effects to repeat Sneak Attack. Game plan can be just ramp into dragons and then attack, or use Sneak Attack and Elvish Piper to cheat dragons into play and keep mana up for other spells.

Bounce also discourages others from stealing my dragons, as EDH is often about others taking the best toys from you.
