Unfortunately, Melira, Sylvok Outcast shuts down Devoted Druid s untap effect. The druid requires a -1/-1 which Melira prevents. Though, if you add white, to use Ghave, Guru of Spores as your Commander, you could add Vizier of Remedies and that would work. But you'd loos the all important second half of Slimefoot

By the way, Mana Web has been errated so it does not have a single target. If you view it on Gather, the text states: "Whenever a land an opponent controls is tapped for mana, tap all lands that player controls that could produce any type of mana that land could produce." So even though the card itself says "target", Wizards has changed it to all opponents. I bring this up just because you mentioned your reason for removing it was because it affects only one opponent, so you might want to reconsider it.
