Wizard tribal built around Inalla, Archmage Ritualist with a few infinite combos / wincons and tutors to put them together. The main combos are:

1) Timestream Navigator + Conjurer's Closet, Deadeye Navigator, OR Splinter Twin. Inalla's Eminence ability is needed if using Conjurer's Closet or Deadeye Navigator.

2) Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame OR Quasiduplicate. You just have to already control another creature.

3) Bloodline Necromancer + Ashnod's Altar + Inalla's Eminence ability.

4) Dualcaster Mage + Persist + Ashnod's Altar + Inalla's Eminence ability.

5) Bloodline Necromancer + Molten Echoes + Viscera Seer

6) Dualcaster Mage + Persist + Viscera Seer + Molten Echoes OR Vela the Night-Clad.

You can use Naru Meha, Master Wizard instead of Dualcaster Mage if Vela the Night-Clad is on the field. Making copies of Naru Meha will force them to be removed due to the legendary rule, but ETB triggers still take effect, meaning you can still carry out the combos. Then, instead of having infinite hasty copies, you get infinite LTB triggers, which Vela converts to life loss.
