Inalla EDH deck with Wizards' interactions (mostly ETBs effects), control and combos. This deck must be updated with the newer cards released and the description is under development.

This deck has these Wizards:

Basically, we use as artifacts:

We only use Rhystic Study as enchantment, for "Do you pay shenanigans. And the only planeswalker we run into this deck is Dack Fayden for card selection and steals artifacts when needed.

We use these lands below:

We use as utility lands:

We use as instants and sorceries:

Gameplan

We will usually be doing these actions on the early game.

  • Cracking fetches to correct our mana base.

  • Using loot spells to draw the cards we need while discarding cards we don't want and big creature cards (e.g. Galecaster Colossus to reanimate later with our reanimation spells.

  • Casting Signets and mana rocks to accelerate our mana production.

  • Using cantrips and card selection draw effects to set our combos (and, if possible, protection) for the next turns.

In the mid-game, we will try to set up our combos or play in a more control-ish style. If we go for a combo route, we will be:

If we go for a more control-ish route, we will be:

in our late game, we can try to combo off with a more favorable situation (e.g. opponents were defeated, opponents having less cards and permanents). So, in this step, we will be

  • Finally trying to combo off with one of our combos. If we went on a control strategy before, maybe that's the moment to combo to win.

  • Finishing our opponents with combat damage with beaters like Galecaster Colossus or Vindictive Lich 's life loss triggers with our reanimation strategies.

  • Maintaining our bounce loops with AEther Adept and Venser, Shaper Savant triggers, copying them to bounce back the originals back to our hand.

a) Changeling Berserker and Ashnod's Altar

  • 1) When Changeling Berserker enters the battlefield, the Champion trigger AND Inalla trigger will go to the stack.

  • 2) Organize the stack so Inalla trigger resolve first: pay 1 mana to copy the Changeling Berserker. The copy enters the battlefield and its Champion trigger will go to the stack.

  • 3) Make the copy exile the original with its Champion trigger. The Champion trigger of the original creature will fizzle.

  • 4) Sacrifice the copy with Altar to generate 2 colorless mana. This will return the original Champion creature to the battlefield, creating the Champion trigger AND Inalla trigger again.

  • 5) Go to the step 2), now with 1 colorless mana remaining.

b) Changeling Berserker , Ashnod's Altar and a Wizard.

With Changeling Berserker and another Wizard in play, the player can generate infinite hasty tokens and ETB effects. Let's call this Wizard "W" and the original Changeling Berserker "C" (and W's copy "w" and Changeling's copy "c").

  • 1) When C enters the battlefield, organize the stack so the Champion(C) resolve first.

  • 2) Let Champion(C) resolve, exiling W.

  • 3) Let Inalla(C) resolve, paying 1 mana to copy C, creating c. The c creates another trigger. Now, the stack only have the Champion(c) trigger.

  • 4) Let Champion(c) resolve. This will exile C and, so, W returns to the battlefield. This create two triggers: Inalla(W) or, if W have an ETB effect, Inalla(W) and ETB(W). Organize the stack so the ETB(W) resolve first.

  • 5) Let ETB(W) resolve. The stack only have Inalla(W).

  • 6) Before Inalla(W) resolve, maintain priority and sacrifice c to generate 2 colorless mana. This will make C returns to the battlefield. This will create two triggers: Champion(C) and Inalla(C). You have 2 colorless mana, similarly to step 1. But, now, the Inalla(W) is also on the stack, in the bottom of it.

  • 7) Repeat this process as many times as you want (let's say x times), generating x mana and x Inalla(W) triggers.

  • 8) Let all Inalla(W) triggers resolve, paying n for them, where n is the number of copies you want to create. This will create n copies of W. The mana pool will have x-n colorless mana.

c) Bloodline Necromancer combos

With Bloodline Necromancer , we can create infinite Bloodline Necromancer hasty tokens. Let's call it B and it's copy b.

  • 1) When B enters the battlefield, this will create two triggers: Inalla(B) and ETB(B). Organize the stack so ETB(B) resolve first.

  • 2) With ETB(B) on the stack, in response, sacrifice B to generate 2 colorless mana. Now, let ETB(B) resolve.

  • 3) Let Inalla(B) resolve, paying 1 mana for it. This will create b and, so, ETB(b) will go to the stack.

  • 4) Let ETB(b) resolve, targeting B. After this, there is 1 colorless mana in the mana pool and one B's copy in the battlefield.

  • 5) Go back to step 1, now with one B's copy and 1 colorless mana in the mana pool.

d) Dramatic scepter combo, generating infinite mana with Isochron Scepter , Dramatic Reversal imprinted onto it and mana rocks that produces more than two mana.

e) Wanderwine Prophets comboing with Inalla, even if she's in the command zone.
