Took out a few less essential artifacts like General's Kabuto and Darksteel Forge and a few other things in favor of better card draw, ramp, and a Tajuru Preserver to provide a safe haven against those dreaded sacrifice moments.

Your mortal enemy is Bruna, Light of Alabaster. A good way to counteract her is to use effects like Leave / Chance and Brand so she can't steal your auras, and you may want to consider Rest in Peace or Scavenger Grounds so that she can't capitalize on her graveyard

Otherwise, since this is an enchantment theme, have you thought about running Argothian Enchantress and Mesa Enchantress?

As long as we're capitalizing on enchantments here, Song of the Dryads is superb removal, and it can ramp you in an emergency :p

Ocelot44 - Damn, youre right, I didnt even consider the possibility that Bruna could just straight up yoink my auras away. Taking that contingency into account, your suggestions of Brand and Leave / Chance as Bruna prevention are well made and will be added on as sideboard options for swapping in as needs arise. Additionally, I forgot that the enchantresses even existed, so I will try to find a place to slot them in. Thanks for your help!

WAIT! I forgot, Brand won't work. Sure, you will gain control of the auras, but that doesn't matter. They will still be attached to Bruna XD

Ocelot44 - Damn it, that looked like such a good card to play for that situation...oh well, at least Leave / Chance will still work. Thanks for the clarification!

Well, Aggravated Assault is a good card. But even more so when paired with Savage Ventmaw. I know this from experience.

Wiggyman - Yup, Savage Ventmaw + Aggravated Assault is a great combo, although I tried to go more the way of the Bear Umbra route seeing as how this is a voltron deck, and an enchantment-heavy one at that. Nonetheless, it's a great suggestion, and I'll slot it in the sideboard if it turns out I need an alternate way to pop off my win con. Thanks for the suggestion!

You have all the right pieces to compliment Uril, but the bones of the deck need a little bit of work. Your mana base is very slow with all these lands that come in tapped, and you have very little ramp.

33 lands is definitely on the low side, but you can pull it off if you have lots of ways to search for them. With access to green, artifact ramp that is vulnerable to removal makes less sense than the standard package of Farseek / Rampant Growth / Nature's Lore / Sakura-Tribe Elder / Kodama's Reach / Cultivate / Explosive Vegetation / Boundless Realms. Many of these cost less than your artifacts do. Run these with more basic lands and you'll speed up the deck considerably, and you won't get wiped out by a Cyclonic Rift or Planar Cleansing. Not to mention Blood Moon or Anathemancer effects.

If you can get some good ramp going, Genesis Wave can get Uril very big, very fast.

You also need more draw. You can run fewer auras if you can consistently draw into the ones you want, as well as other goodies, such as more lands. I'd look at Harmonize, Rishkar's Expertise, Garruk, Primal Hunter, Soul's Majesty, Momentous Fall, Greater Good, and all of the red Faithless Looting-style cards, since you can dump enchantments in the graveyard for later use.

One last mechanic I'd like to recommend for its versatility is Reverberate, and other red cards that copy others' instants and sorceries, like Dualcaster Mage and Reiterate. Copy a Cyclonic Rift, a Boundless Realms, a Counterspell, or the Stroke of Genius that the blue player is trying to deck you with. The sky's the limit.

Again, as for recommended cuts, I'd get rid of the artifact ramp that isn't Sol Ring, and cut down some of these auras. By drawing more cards and sucking more lands out of the deck, you'll still get to your best ones.

Sorry for the novel. The deck looks fun and I hope this helps.

Oh--and for your forced sacrifice nightmare scenario, Tajuru Preserver and Assault Suit do the trick. These are sideboard-ish cards, unless you regularly play against a deck that makes you sac. Assault Suit can also make for some fun politics.

Sorry, just looked at this again--don't reduce the number of auras. Take out some of these equipments. Magebane Armor, Behemoth Sledge, and General's Kabuto can definitely go. Uril prefers voltron in enchantment form anyway. And to be honest, Darksteel Forge seems unnecessary. Swap it for Battle Mastery.

NoSoyYucateco - Wowie, thanks so much for the reccomemdations, and plenty of them at that! I certainly see the logic in your suggestions, and to be honest I did feel a little hesitant to keep cards like General's Kabuto...they just seem a little too off theme. And I had no idea that Tajuru Preserver existed. That will be a good inclusion. As for land base and card draw, youre certainly right - my current build is pretty lacking in terms of ramping and drawing. Ill look at my artifacts and replace a few with Cultivate and Harmonize type spells. Thanks again for the help!

Yeah, no problem. You might also want to check out Eidolon of Blossoms and Courser of Kruphix to go with the enchantment theme. And definitely consider Genesis Wave. It's better than draw, in many ways, and can easily make your Aggravated Assault combo just fall into your lap--especially if you take the Savage Ventmaw suggestion to increase the odds of setting up your combo.
