Who wants to combo out on turn 4? Basically all you need is to have an Impact Tremors and a Birgi, God of Storytelling   on the battlefield, and then play a Grinning Ignus , causing one damage from the Impact Tremors and adding one red mana from Birgi's ability. Using that one red mana, return Grinning Ignus back to hand and using the mana gained, do it all over again.

Alternatively, you can win through the Birgi, God of Storytelling + Grinning Ignus combo getting your storm count as high as you want and then finishing the game off with a Grapeshot
