GREAT FLICKER DECK! I've played with it myself and it is very good. There are some great combos such as:

Thragtusk + Mirror Mockery

Elite Arcanist + Displace or Cloudshift

and Cathars' Crusade + Eerie Interlude

You can also call in Torrential Gearhulk to get some flickering instants back.
