This is a mutation-heavy deck that focuses on getting as many permanent spells onto the battlefield as possible, as fast as possible. The main strategy entails getting Illuna out early, then mutating onto her to get your permanent spells out and into play. Auspicious Starrix also helps out in this regard, as it can get multiple at once, and can include lands.

This deck is definitely not for cEDH, but its a fun casual deck to run.
