Fast game, slow game, run out of cards?

I have modified this deck so that burn can last longer in the game. Generally, in my burn deck, I find myself running out of cards in my hand faster than I can win the game. This is one reason why I included Light Up the Stage and Risk Factor. Usually, when I run out of burn cards in draw and hand is whenever the opponent is around 7 life. Risk Factor is mostly good later in the game where Risk Factor is useful whenever the opponent is close to dying and must choose what to do. Satyr Firedancer is useful in that I can cast burn spells and deal damage at the same time. I've found that it is far more useful than not, even being a 1/1. 2x Vexing Devil is useful in the beginning of the game at most. No one wants a 4/3 in the beginning, and 4 burn damage for 1 red mana is ridiculously good. If I had Monastery Swiftspear, which I do indeed need to play in the beginning, Vexing Devil will take its place and always outperform it. If the opponent chooses the creature of Vexing Devil, because he/she can remove the creature, there is nothing gained nor lost if Monastery Swiftspear were in its stead. Eidolon of the Great Revel is the main card in this deck that needs to be played. It sets me up for a speedy game. Deflecting Palm is a card saved for later in the game whenever there are higher power creatures in the battlefield attacking me. I have won games with this card with my burn strategy. Boros Charm and Lightning Helix are the best burn cards available.

Finally, I have Harsh Mentor and Roiling Vortex in the sideboard for those who activate card effects a lot and those who gain life, not to mention Roiling Vortex is like Eidolon of the Great Revel and useful for its ability to cancel lifegain and deal 1 damage per turn. In the meta of graveyard interaction I have Ash Zealot in the sideboard. And Rip Apart is great for dealing with artifacts and enchantments in the sideboard. Soulfire Grand Master is a way to win with basically stalling the game, considering that life points would be greatly increased. If I am against a fast paced deck that deals a lot of damage, this would definitely help.

A bigger deck of 76 cards really doesn't make that big of a difference in how playstyle works, considering that I have a 37 burn cards that I can draw. Burn is one of the few decks that having more cards doesn't matter as much, so long as they are in the right ratios. 23 mana cards in a 76 card deck is lesser than 1/3, which sets me up for a good hand with mana, considering that burn can perform well with few mana cards on the field throughout the game.
