Planeswalker Superfriends built around the new card Ichormoon Gauntlet as well as Carth the Lion. The decks finishers are typically either Jace the Mind Sculptor's ultimate or Liliana the Last Hope's ultimate. Karn allows you to consistently get out two Ichormoons and along with the 3 in the deck you'll always have at least one. Those along with Carth allow you to ultimate Planeswalkers way faster then normal thus they act as the finishers. As support theres also Ragvan, Fatal Push, and Boseiju.
