Ahhh, the classic pairing of Gruul and artifacts-matter. First make a bunch of artifact tokens, often via ramp spells + landfall. Then, either sacrifice those tokens for value (like pumping Ich-Tekik and friends) or keep them around for cards that scale on number of artifacts (like Valduk, Keeper of the Flame or Jaheira, Friend of the Forest). Often, this results in one or two very large creatures, so there are cards that scale by power (like Rishkar's Expertise or Fling).

The deck is very flexible, interactive (rocks synergize with deathtouch), and resilient. It generally grinds out value over time, but occasionally explodes by, say, sacrificing a bunch of tokens to Megatog. It'll run differently every game and rewards creative lines of play.
