Ral, Electrostatic Field and Guttersnipe for the damage. Cipher cards and unblockable creatures to cast a lot of spells to trigger the "Noncreature spell" stuff with mill, sac, untap and tokens on top. I try to keep it as much budget as possible since I´m a poor man :D Suggestions are welcome ;)

Ps: The name came from a friend of mine. After telling him the deck idea he just said "Thats evil!" So I´m evil now I guess :D
