Designed around one of the most Timmy cards in Magic, Spirit of the night is a bit like an aircraft carrier in a nuclear war. Nice to have, but rarely useful. This deck ramps and draws and dumps bigger and bigger cards onto the field. Ever now and then he's great fun to cast, but for the most part he sits there and looks pretty.

This deck was built particularly to my local meta, which is dominated by a crappy voltron deck with no actual voltron cards that just boardwipes and dumps it's commander back out every turn. This deck is meant to ramp and draw faster, until eventually we can cast a huge exsanguinate or torment of hailfire. So far the record is a torment for 32 on turn 12. My meta consists entirely of battle cruiser decks, so this works out nicely for me.

Any comments are more than welcome. I find the deck's draw to be lacking since I realized yawgmoth's bargain was banned. Spirit of the night as the commander is non up for debate however, as I believe I finally found a deck just niche enough for him to work.
