I will suggest Eater of the Dead + Phenax, God of Deception as a combo. not only that, but Phenax, God of Deception also becomes extrememely powerful with your creature base.

Hey, for some milling pieces, might I suggest: Altar of the Brood, Mesmeric Orb and Altar of Dementia (goes really well with Consuming Aberration)

I didn't see anyone mention it, but Grave Betrayal doesn't trigger from milling because the creature didn't "die". You included it in your combos, so I just wanted to make sure you knew.

I run Temple Bell in my UB Mill deck, and it works well with Notion Thief. Perhaps you could add Temple Bell to combo with Underworld Dreams, Mindcrank, and Duskmantle Guildmage -mill all opponents with a tap (and an activation, but whatever).

How about adding The Scarab God to your deck? Since your running mill, this card would greatly increase the versatility of your deck. Also, if you can afford it, Mesmeric Orb is insane for milling decks. Be warned though... you may become a target in multiplayer for playing it. Most people find it annoying but since my commander is Scarab God, naturally I just steal whatever they mill. Lol

Necrotic Ooze can be pretty fun in a mill deck.

I am confused about some card choices: Ghostly Touch , Mortus Strider , Restless Dead , and the unblockable creatures like classic: Phantom Warrior . Are the unblockable creatures here so Lazav can become unblockable? Or for cipher/Trepanation Blade/Sword of B&M? Thanks.
