Typically, you'd like to get a creature down early with either Winding Constrictor or Hardened Scales in play. Then you either attach a Hydra's Growth or target it with Solidarity of Heroes. Steel Overseer works great with any of the creatures. Inspiring Call on maindeck for card draw and anti-wrath tech. The Great Henge works for all aspects of this deck. The power discounts it. It ramps mana, gains life, draws, and puts counters on your creatures.

In the sideboard, I have the Revokers for problematic permanents. Fade into Antiquity for artifact and enchantment hate. Heroic Intervention for the wrath-heavy decks. Titanic Brawl for creature removal. And Phyrexian Scriptures for swarm tactics.
