Hush Vial (3-1)

Modern GWUB

skookes

Sideboard

Because, why not? Latest attempt at a Torpor Orb deck. Tried before to run one using Karn to search for the Orb and another copy of Eater of Days. Using hand disruption and counter-magic the brew never really resulted in wins. This iteration may be more successful. With more creature redundancy on the Torpor Orb effect, Hushbringer coupled with Tocatli War Chief. With the printing of the Titans Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath, in particular,i thought it may be worth trying again.
Adding Simic colors to what originally was an Orzhov deck, i thought fixing may best originate in a Green base Collected Company shell. But that wasn't the case, so i shifted it to a black based Aether Vial Also using Snow-covered basics and Arcum's Astrolabe to get it to function in five colors. The Elder Giants and the Shriekmaw gives you early interaction, or get them on board without sacrificing them with a Hushbringer on board. Shriekmaw also can be cast for it's evoke cost and stay on the board. Coupled with Hunted Horror and Eater of Days if you can end the game with just a few attacks. Lasav, the Multifarious give you another angle of attack in the mid to late game.
