The Arena deck that's let me claw my way up to Platinum for the first time. First, hold off opposing creature threats with deathtouch- and sac-based removal and resurrecting/lifegaining chumps. Next, exchange life using Bastion of Remembrance + Cruel Celebrant and maintain the creature base with Afterlife and Luminous Broodmoth + Teysa Karlov , while drawing cards with any of Izoni, Thousand-Eyed + Midnight Reaper + Moldervine Reclamation . Finally, gain simple creature advantage and then smack them down bit by bit. Garruk, Cursed Huntsman is the icing on the cake; he feeds really well off of every other strong card while being able to generate enough chumps and/or removal to hold his own in case of problems. Of note: if they boardwipe with something like Kaya's Wrath, either I have Bastion of Remembrance + Cruel Celebrant and I just win, or they're massively weakened and I still have cheap creatures, especially if I have Luminous Broodmoth out. Suggestions welcome – I'd love to get to Diamond or maybe even Mythic (knock on wood) this season. I haven't used any wildcards yet, so I can basically add whatever I want if it sounds good.
