The main objective of the deck is to get out a gating creature, such as Stonecloaker , Kor Skyfisher , Ancestral Statue , or Whitemane Lion , Oketra herself, and Paradox Engine . With the board state, as long as you have enough mana rocks to pay for them, you can generate infinite mana and an infinite amount of 4/4 Zombie tokens. From here, you have several options of closing the game out:

• Make an infinitely large Walking Ballista and shoot everyone at the table.

• Present lethal on board with an arbitrarily large number of 4/4 zombie tokens.

In the meantime, while you're assembling pieces and establishing a board presence, there are several "hatebear" effects in the deck to try and slow the table down:

• Leonin Arbiter : There isn't much searching going on, so paying the 2 to search either doesn't happen, or is a small price to pay for how little it happens.

• Containment Priest : She doesn't do anything to stop you from creating the tokens.

• Rest in Peace : There's not a whole lot of graveyard interaction in this deck.

There are also several different ways to draw cards in the deck, which is usually outside of White's color pie:

• Casting Oblation targetting your own token draws you 3 cards.

• Untapping Temple Bell once you have the Paradox Engine board state established.

• Utilizing the "Parfait" combo of Scroll Rack and Land Tax to repeatedly tutor for 3 basic lands, and then put them back on top of your library for 3 new cards every turn.

• Skullclamp on either your 1/1 soldier token, or a 4/4 token and sacrificing it to Ashnod's Altar / Phyrexian Altar .
