Horde of the Revels is a competitive legacy/modern aggro deck that is focused around getting land out very quickly to cast 1 drops that later become very powerful creatures or like others generate a dragon army. having such great access to Mana lets you easily get ahead of opponents. fog is a key card in this deck, for instants if you use fog to prevent damage delt from that opponent you gain a huge advantage because your next turn your creatures will multiply or become strong thus leaving your army even stronger.

Scute Mob and DragonMaster Outcast are very powerful one drops that can be very difficult to deal with. if you feel that they are going to be a target of a removal spell or anything else then drop a canopy cover on them. xenagos, god of the Revels is just the fuel you need to power up your dragon tokens entering the field from DragonMaster Outcasts ability. doubling that 5/5 dragon to a 10/10 with haste can be devastating. building this agro deck i added many different win conditions. Generating enough mana to wipe the opponents creatures with a Comet storm to allow your creatures to all in. or sending out a Skarrg Guildmage for its ability to give your creatures trample.

RAMP SPELLS

The main strategy of this deck is to gain as much land as possible. Creatures like Lotus cobra Is amazing for the fact that when you drop a land you can generate a mana of any color this is also great when you use a ramp spell that allows you to bring in a tapped land because you can still generate a mana. Oracle of Mul Daya is another key card its ability allows you to play an additional land each turn it. if you are a seasonal mtg player you know why this card is so powerful.

playing this deck feels like you are playing mana ramp. who wouldn't wanna cast powerful drops as early as turn 3 to 5?

Updates Add

Took out the two skarrg guildmages to add two flesh and blood. blood is a very powerful card especially when you have Scute mobs growing each turn. i noticed i have multiple sets of two but everything works very nicely and synergizes together
