Basically the combo is to cast an end-step Dance with Devils , untap and cast Indomitable Creativity for x = 2 to find Sage of the Falls and The Locust God . This will create essentially infinite 1/1 tokens with haste (make sure you don't deck yourself) with which you attack and win.

The rest of the deck is an izzet control shell. Your fair gameplan is to control the board and win with your planeswalkers/ Shark Typhoon .
