Who cares if you lose, as long as you've started arguments and called a judge, you've won the real battle. This deck fights not through actual combat, but instead through psychological warfare. You'll confuse the heck out of your opponents with Hive Mind + Game of Chaos in a 4 player game.

The real gameplay is in the coin-flipping. Chance Encounter is the main wincon, just flip 10 coins and win, easy-peasy. Krark's Thumb is a godsend when it comes to coin flips, because it turns a 50% chance into a 75%. This is especially important when it comes to cards such as Fiery Gambit , because it really ups the chances to actually resolve it's third effect.

The Izzet League is exactly what this deck is about. Mad scientists flinging spells willy-nilly just for the sake of chaos. Their leader, Arjun, the Shifting Flame, is perfect because he's a big flier and helps you draw cards if you've got dead ones.
