Part of a deckbuilding challenge with my friends to make EDH decks where the commander isn't a creature. I found this rando artifact from Mirrodin block and it seemed super interesting to build a deck around. This deck is super janky and really I just wanted to run weird and shitty cumulative upkeep cards. I mean, when the hell else will I get the chance to run Arctic Wolves? Also, be careful with your Pacts or you're in for a world of hurt after Eon Hub gets destroyed.
