We are keeping the lands the same. They look serviceable and 35 is a good place to start, though they are a little heavy on the tapped lands. Never be afraid to run high basic counts. Personally I am not a big fan of vivids. I would always rather run a panorama, Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse over them.

Walkers are fine as is, would look into grabbing an Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath or Serra the Benevolent as they tend to close out games pretty well. Not required by any stretch.

Lets look at the ramp. 7 mana rocks feels low. lets shoot for ten. I will include all of yours as well as finishing out the cycles. Talisman of Hierarchy, Talisman of Progress and Coldsteel Heart. Some other options include Commander's Sphere, Charcoal Diamond, Marble Diamond, Sky Diamond, Arcane Signet, Fellwar Stone, Gold Myr, Leaden Myr, Mind Stone, Plague Myr, Silver Myr, Star Compass, Thought Vessel, Thran Dynamo, Fractured Powerstone and Hedron Archive.

though you can certainly play more 3 cost rocks if you wish.

as far as the other artifacts go I will cut Timesifter because while it's fun, funny and effective with top of deck manipulation... I think its just not where we want to be yet. Maybe later you can find a slot for it. The rest are reasonable.

I am leaving the creature package the way it is because it seems ok, it's something you can improve on based on performance and card pool.

Enchantments seem ok too, I will be cutting Ghostly Prison and Psychic Battle though for being too low impact. Battle is cool dont get me wrong but lets get the deck functioning first and prison is good if you are going all in on that effect but you are not.

Now we look at your instants and sorceries. For the most part we want our draw to be odd costed and our interaction be even costed for your commander's ability. non draw, non interaction instants and sorceries may be cut. There will be some exemptions.
