I'm trying to build the best, competitive Toggo deck I can (without infinite combos, and without super mean cards like obliterate). This is my version partnered with Vial Smasher, still deciding which version to build IRL. Help me power this deck up to as close to an "8" as possible!

What effects do I need more or less of? Do I need more single target removal? Do I need more card draw? Should I lower the CMC of the deck? What are your suggestions?
