Helga, Skittish Seer voltron built to be $15 (excluding commander, within daily fluctuations) because my old ~$50 deck was too strong for my playgroup. Muligan for 3 lands of minimum 2 colors, and 2 4 drops. Dont mulligan past 6 cards though unless you got no lands at all. Try to conserve Treeguard Duo and the like for buffing an untapped helga, and make sure to attack before tapping her whenever vigilance is in play. Run Away Together is super useful for returning an untapper or draw card. From my tests, with no interaction, it combos off unstoppably by turn 7-8, and can swing for lethal almost guaranteed by 9. Way to fast for its own good, plays like aggro storm
